Our Policies
Set-M-Up Bartending, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company carries full Liquor Liability
Insurance. All Set-M-Up Bartenders have completed the Alcohol Awareness Program certified by the
State of Arizona. Our fully trained bartenders are required by law to serve only those guests
21 years or older. Please be aware that our objective at Set-M-Up Bartending is to provide
enough alcohol for all guests to thoroughly enjoy themselves. However, the supply is not unlimited
and we do not encourage or condone over indulgence or intoxication. We are firmly committed to
promoting responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel has had
too much to drink. We will consult with the host and will be more than happy to assist in making
safe transportation arrangements if necessary.
Set-M-Up Bartending, LLC requires a 50% deposit at least 45 days prior to the event. Final Payment is due at least 14 days prior the the event. All orders must be paid in full before the scheduled event or will be subject to cancellation. Please note that we do not accept payment by credit card. There are plenty of bartending service providers out there and we don't claim to be the cheapest. We do, however, believe in the old adage, "You get what you pay for". We don't offer the "budget packages" offered by many of our competitors. We serve only premium brands and invite you to compare quality and price. We are confident that once you do you'll be glad you selected Set-M-Up Bartending. Important Information
Neither Set-M-Up Bartending, LLC. or Boojum Tree Hidden Gardens carry a Liquor License issued by the State of Arizona. Therefore, no alcohol will be permitted on the grounds of the facility unless it is provided by the host and served by Set-M-Up Bartending personnel. Providing a "Cash Bar" or bringing in your own alcohol for Set-M-Up Bartending to serve is NOT an option at Boojum Tree. A 20% set-up and operation fee as well as a 9.3% sales tax will apply to all Bar Packages. Bar Package Listed Prices are based on a minimum count of 100 guests. Additional costs apply when Guest Count is less than 100. A Non-Refundable 50% Deposit is due 45 days prior to event on all packages. Final payment is due 14 days prior to event. Set-M-Up Bartending Does not accept credit cards as form of payment. All Listed Prices are subject to change without notice.
