All Packages Prices are based on a guest count of 100 people. Packages with less than
100 people will be calculated using the following additional charges. The customer
will pay whichever total is lower.
50 to 74 people - Add $2.00 per person to the package price.
75 to 99 people - Add $1.00 per person to the package price.
All Packages (except basic package) will be subject to sales tax of 8.3% as well as a 20% operation and set-up fee.
Frozen Beverage Machine.
Add our Frozen Beverage Machine to any package for $1.00 per person based on
150 guest minimum. You'll select your favorite flavor from the list below:
Traditional Lime Margarita
Blue Margarita (made with Blue Cuacao)
Strawberry Margarita
Peach Margarita
Pina Colada
Wine-A-Rita (made with Sangria Wine)
Peach Daiquiri
Strawberry Daiquiri
Peach Bellini (made with Champagne & Peach Schnapps)
Note: We can also make Frozen Drinks without alcohol (virgin) if you so desire.
Note: Includes one batch of mix at no additional charge. Additional mix may be purchases for $45 per batch (each batch serves approx. 70 glasses).
Champagne and/or Sparkling Wine.
Set-M-Up Bartending would be delighted to provide both the Champagne and/or
Sparkling Wine for your special occasion.
Due to the gamut of Champagne varieties and prices all quotes made by Set-M-
Up Bartending will be on a custom basis. Please call us directly for your no
obligation quote and assistance in determining suggested bottle quantities.
Extended Service. All costs are based on a 5 hour serve time. Additional service will
be $1.00 per person for each additional hour of requested serve time for each
bartender contracted.
Portable Bar Charge - $200.00 (Includes delivery and set-up).
Additional Bartenders.
Set-M-Up will provide at least as many bartenders as specified in each respective
package. Additional bartenders can be requested for a charge of $150.00 per
bartender and is based on a 5 hour serve time regardless of guest count.
Additional Bar Set-Up and Service Time (includes bartender). All Packages are based
on service and set-up from One Bar only. Additional bar set-up for
Dinner Service only, (maximum 2 hr. serve time), will be $200.00 regardless of guest
count. Additional bar set-up for the Entire Event Service will be $350.00 regardless of
guest count.
Table Service. Set-M-Up Bartending does not include Table Service in any of the
Packages offered. We can provide table wine and champagne service during dinner
only, (maximum 2 hour serve time), for $150.00 per server. Table wine service
for the entire event, (5 hour serve time), will be $300.00 per server.
Tip-Jars. Our bartenders rely on their tips as a significant part of their salary.
The host may request that no tip-jars be displayed on the bar by compensating Set-M-Up
bartending with a predetermined gratuity in advance of said event.

Special Events. Fundraisers, Wine Tasting and Special Functions for Bartenders
Only can be contracted for a flat rate of $250.00 for one bartender and an additional
$150.00 for each subsequent bartender. No supplies will be furnished and service
does not include any preparation on the part of Set-M-Up Bartending. Bartenders
will only be responsible for serving drinks from the bar and will arrive
approximately 30 minutes prior to event start time.
