Special Charges & Upgrades
  1. All Package Prices are based on a minimum guest count of 100 people.
    1. The Cost for a Non-Alcoholic Bar Service will be $6.00 per person. Non-Alcoholic Packages with guest counts of 120 or more will require a second bartender at a cost of $150.00.
    2. All Packages with less than 100 people will be calculated using the following additional charges. Customer will pay whichever total is lower.
      • 50 to 74 people - Add $2.00 per person to the package price.
      • 75 to 99 people - Add $1.00 per person to the package price.
    3. All Packages except the Non-Alcoholic Bar Package will be subject to sales tax of 9.3% as well as a 20% operation and set-up fee.
  2. Extended Service. All costs are based on a 5-hour serve time from the Main Cantina Bar.
    1. Additional service for the Beer & Wine Standard and the Beer & Wine Deluxe Packages will be $2.00 per person for each additional hour of requested serve time.
    2. Additional service for the All Inclusive Standard and the All Inclusive Deluxe Packages will be $3.00 per person for each additional hour of requested serve time.
  3. Additional Bartenders. We will provide at least as many bartenders as specified in each respective package. Additional bartenders can be requested at the Main Cantina Bar for a charge of $150.00 per bartender and is based on a 5-hour serve time regardless of guest count.
  4. Additional Bar(s). All Bar Packages are based on service and set-up from the Main Cantina Bar. Additional Bar(s) can be set-up at designated locations at the facility as approved by Boojum Tree management.
    1. Additional bar set-up for Dinner Service, (maximum 2 hr. serve time), will be $300.00 regardless of guest count.
    2. Additional bar set-up for the Entire Event, will be $400.00 regardless of guest count.
  5. Table Service. Set-M-Up Bartending does not include Table Service in any of the Bar Packages offered.
    1. Table wine service during dinner, (maximum 2 hour serve time), will be $250.00 per server.
  6. Tip-Jars. It is the policy of the Boojum Tree that tip jars be allowed on all bars. The host may request that no tip jars be displayed by compensating Set-M-Up Bartender(s) with a predetermined gratuity in advance of the event.

    Our Bartender(s) average $2.00 per person when tip jars are present during a 5-hour event. Therefore, the host may tip the bartender an amount to be determined at their discretion, but not less than $2.00 per person.
  7. Special Event Bartenders. Bartender(s) for Fundraisers, Wine Tastings and Special Functions approved by Boojum Tree management can be contracted for a flat rate of $250.00 for one bartender and an additional $150.00 for each subsequent bartender. No supplies will be furnished and service does not include any preparation on the part of Set-M-Up Bartending. Bartenders will only be responsible for serving drinks from the bar and will arrive approximately 45 minutes prior to event start time for up to a 5-hour service.
  8. Wine Glass Rental. Wine glasses may be Rented for wine service at the bar during contracted serve time for 70 cents per glass. There will also be a Refundable Breakage/Missing Item Deposit of 25 cents per glass with a minimum deposit of 25 dollars. Customer will be charged a Replacement Cost of $3.50 for each Broken/Missing Item.
  9. Self-Service Coffee. Set-M-Up Bartending would be very happy to add a self-service Coffee Bar to any package. The Coffee Bar would be set-up on the side of the Main Cantina Bar and include Coffee, Quality Foam Cups, Stir Sticks, Creamer, Sugar and Sweetener(s). Cost will be $1.00 per person with a minimum guest count of 100 people.
